central location available concierge convenient mall terrible breakfast cold food dry pastry
The location was very central to the places i wanted to visit. the concierge is available 24/7 and security is also present. it's situated beside a mall. This makes it convenient to have other options if you don't opt for their breakfast buffet.
there was a large selection. the coffee was burnt. The pastries were dry and flavourless.

dirty carpets exposed wire
the buffet breakfast offered a vast selection of cuisines.
The room i had was quite old and looked not well-kept. The wear and tear was very noticeable. the carpets looked dirty, and there was pre-existing damage to the vanity. the fridge did not seem cold enough. i also noticed a faulty exposed wire on the led desk lamp.

missed wake-up call dusty treadmill
the breakfast was amazing, but i suspect even i could make better eggs.
I asked for a wake-up call, but it never happened. Good thing i didn't have a flight to catch. also, the gym equipment seemed older than me. I believe one treadmill even had a visible layer of dust.
